Our Night :)
Tonight was fun. I cooked dinner for all of us and my future Father-in-law. I made a chicken-veggie skillet. It was good. :-) I thought tonight was going to be us talking about the fact that Aiy didn't want to come over tonight, but it turned out to be really fun. That Aiy, always missing out on a night of fun. She says, "I'm scared," but I know that's not the reason she doesn't want to come over. We all know it's not the case. When she's over she has so much fun playing hide 'n seek and reading books, playing video games...She sleep through the night...And for her that's GREAT....She's 7 now and just started doing that. (Don't look at me I had nothing to do with it...I'm the Step mom....LOL) But she really does do great when she's over....This excuse thing isn't believable. It's upsetting! It's like we're here for you too. We're your family....But I think her "mother" is holding her back. I don't understand that. We're a great family and she learns so much from us. They just won't let her breathe. She's going to end up hating them in the end. I just feel sorry for her. I wish she's just let go and be with us....But instead she says she's scared. All kids want is to know that they're safe. That's all they want. And we let her know that when she's with us. She's confident when she's with us...And over the phone it's like, "I can't" I think she just doesn't want to disappoint her mother...I mean, she's a child and children don't want to disappoint the one they look up to. See it from her eyes. It's just a sad situation. I wish it would just all work out and have things go as planned, but it never does. The great thing is when she's with us she's having so much fun....Ahh, I dunno. It will eventually be civilized. :P~ But we did have fun tonight. She would have enjoyed herself. Maybe next time. That's all for tonight. I'm going to watch "The Forgotten." I've been waiting to see this movie since it came to the thereaters and we rented it tonight. YAY!

Yes it was a fun night. We'll figure out the Aiyana situation as time goes. That forgotten movie was pretty good. i love you.
